In this Feldenkrais workshop discover simple ways to increase the flow and ease of walking. Practice focussing your mind on how you move which allows you to forget your troubles and move more smoothly and comfortably. By taking these skills into your daily life when you go walking you can calm your mind, feel more rejuvenated and resourceful
